Account Executive

Work Location : Petaling Jaya

Job Description
1.Covers the full set of company accounting and management
2. Preparation and analysis of company account and management reports
3. Planning and monitoring budget and cash flow
4. Effective management and timely submission for all statutory,
monthly management report, variance analysis, taxation, audit and
ad-hoc reporting
5. Develop and improve policies and procedures of internal control
system
6. Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines established by others to
ensure the completion of several related tasks
7. Liaise with Auditors/Company Secretary/Banks
8. To undertake other related jobs from time to time as assigned by
superior

Job Requirements:
1. Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Finance/Accountancy
or equivalent
2. Min 3 years of working experience in manufacturing/trading
environment
3. Posses hands-on-attitude, excellent management, supervisory and
analytical skills
4. Able to work independently and work well under pressure

Account Assistant

Work Location : Petaling Jaya
Job Description:
1. Responsible for the preparation of full sets of accounts.
2. Preparing monthly bank reconciliation.
3. Generates weekly / monthly accounts reports & analysis.
4. Issuance of Cheques, Cash and Cheque Deposits, Petty Cash and
Payment Vouchers.

Job Requirements:
1. Professional Certificate in Finance / Accounting, LCCI or
equivalent qualifications will be advantage.
2. Min 2 years of experience in accounting.
3. Able to handle full set accounts.
4. Good command of BM & English.
5. Knowledge of UBS accounting software Microsoft Excel and Word.
6. Able to work independent with minimum supervision.
7.To undertake other related jobs from time to time as assigned by
superior
8. Plan and schedule work to meet deadlines established by others to
ensure the completion of several related tasks
9.Able to work independently and work well under pressure

Admin Clerk
Work Location : Petaling Jaya
1.Perform general clerical office work such as Data Entry
2.Marketing material preparation and quotation
3.Filling, Documentation and etc..
4.Reception duty such as answering incoming phone call.
5.Recording in coming Document
