Engineer - Technical at Lafarge Malayan Cement Berhad
Based: Malaysia(Selangor)

The candidate reports to the Manager, Technical and will be primarily responsible to provide technical assistance to customers and internal sales departments.

Qualifications :
Degree in Civil or Chemical Engineering
Minimum 6 years of working experience, preferably in the concrete, pre-cast concrete, construction or cement industry
Strong product knowledge is a must
Good presentation skills
Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Applications
Good communications skills and analytical thinking

Responsibilities :
Provide pre-sales support by promoting and convincing Specifier to specify our blended cement into specifications.
Follow up with Consultants and awarded Contractors on purchase of blended cement.
Disseminate promotion information to Sales team and assist in securing order for blended cement.
Continually source projects for blended cement specification.
Organize targeted seminars for Specifiers.

The Job

Requirements:
