Graduate Trainee
(Johor, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Kelantan, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Perak, Selangor)
Responsibilities:
· A structured 6 to 12 months training programme that involves both classroom and on-the-job training
·
Exposure to world best practices in Retail Operations,
Commercial and Finance and acquire leadership and management skills
through appropriate blend of workshops and planned job experiences
Requirements:

· Fresh graduates - Degree in Business Studies, Economics, Marketing, Retail Management, Fashion, Finance or equivalent
· A minimum CGPA of 2.75 and above
· Graduated either in 2009 or 2010
· An aptitude for numbers
· Able to speak good English and Bahasa Malaysia, conversant in other local dialects are an added advantage
· Possess the motivation and drive to do a great job
· Confident and willing to be part of a large team
· Posess creative thinking and problem solving skills
· Pass Tesco entrance assessment
