Sales Manager
Based: Malaysia(Selangor, Rawang)
Job Description
Requirements:
Possesses academic background purely in Science (Bachelor‘s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemical or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years proven track record of sales and promotions of laboratory equipment or equivalent.
At least 2 years in managerial capacity.
High integrity, confident, strong people management skills, proactive, strong leadership qualities, performance driven and able to position Company‘s products in the market place.
Computer literate and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and overseas.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Good command of English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities :
Responsible for developing the market, which includes sourcing and securing new and potential business.
Developing, formulating and implementing sales strategies and business plan to achieve business growth.
Build qualified pipelines of sales opportunities to achieve sales quota.
Liaison and co-ordination work with appointed distributors/dealers for implementation of marketing/sales activities.
Attending to sales enquiries and customer servicing.
To manage for the full spectrum of the sales activities, covering strategic planning, forecast and outlook.
To fulfill and achieve the monthly & yearly sales target.
